Asteroid Operating Company is a New Jersey-based, Full-Service Commercial, and Residential Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Services Contractor.
Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative who will be responsible for securing yearly contracts with commercial clients after completing the initial sales training program. This position requires a forward-thinking approach involving regular communication with around 200 business owners and executives every week. Other duties will include managing quotes to close sales, maintaining a pipeline of quotes to assure that targets are met. Evaluating and inspecting mechanical systems to identify repair, modification, or maintenance needs.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Pay Scale: $65,000 - $80,000 base pay + uncapped commissions
Required Qualifications:
Magnetic personality
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Prospecting/cold-calling
Advanced proficiency with MS Office and ability to quickly learn other software programs
Excellent communication and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Well-organized and ability to work independently
Ability to interpret blueprints, equipment specifications, and job conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the mechanical or electrical services industries
