We’re hiring experienced Tree Climbers to perform pruning, removals, cabling, and emergency storm response. You’ll spend your days in the canopy, using ropes, saddles, and spikes to execute precision cuts while keeping the ground crew and property safe.
Key Responsibilities:
Climb trees using rope-and-saddle or spike techniques (up to 80+ ft)
Experience working with Cranes a plus
Experience working with Spider Lift
Perform ANSI A300 pruning, crown reduction, deadwood removal, and structural rigging
Safely operate chainsaws aloft and lower large wood with rigging systems
Conduct pre-climb hazard assessments and daily gear inspections
Assist with ground operations (chipping, cleanup, equipment maintenance) when not climbing
Maintain accurate job logs and communicate clearly with crew leads
