Responsibilities:
Perform exterior painting for residential homes
Conduct minor repairs such as siding and trim replacement
Power wash homes to prepare surfaces for painting
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members for efficient project completion
Requirements:
Prior experience in painting, power washing, and minor home repairs
Reliable transportation to job sites in and around New Britain, CT
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to lift and move ladders, equipment, and materials as needed
