CAMSTAR Architect

Complete life cycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) on one MES COTS product (e.g. Camstar Enterprise Platform ) Should have strong exposure to Microsoft .Net technology Should have strong exposure to Camstar System Administrator skills Should have strong exposure to Microsoft SQL server Experience in leading the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model Extensive Domain experience in Medical Devices and Pharma Mfg with the ability to map business requirements with manufacturing IT applications Hands-on expertise with the 3rd Party interfaces with the Camstar MES application like ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI etc. Should have a fair understanding of computer system and manufacturing validations (e.g.:- HP ALM Tool) Experience Required 8 to 10 Years Roles & Responsibilities The individual will function as Project Lead/Solution architect and responsible to create project plans, deployment schedule, manage/implement Camstar Servers for J & J, resource planning, schedule management, delivery management The individual will need to coordinate with different site IT leads for the server configuration The individual will also interact with Camstar for code delivery and code management The individual will also manage all the latest code bases and maintain the release matrix for the TFS An important skill required is the ability to understand the user requirement for setting up Camstar servers and also ensure the hardware and software checklist should be as per the Camstar software requirement The individual will lead the environment management team and act as a liaison to the offshore team to complete the Camstar implementation activities. She/he will be responsible for the overall site as well as global implementation of Camstar code base Additional responsibility will be to expand the skill base and develop further competencies in Camstar system administration module Generic Managerial Skills Must be able to manage various stakeholders Must have very good written and verbal communication skill.
