We really need a candidate who is adept at managing key stakeholders and delivering value based on changing expectations and preferences, to take this position to the next level. This long-term contract opportunity is based in the Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey area. If you can ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders, you'll become a key member of the team and do well in this position. The other main part of this role is responsibility for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products - Comes together with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects - Guarantee that the functional requirements are achievable, met, and tracked - Creates project with correct ticket workflows and boards - Help out with managing dependencies among cross-product teams - Works closely with the Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, QA Manager and Product Specialist - Registers and controls the sprint planning and grooming meetings and trails ticket assignments - Executes deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner - Works with and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers - In charge of project planning - Associates with Product Owner/Product Manager to make sure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are unmistakable and attainable - Adheres and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner - Behaves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies - Provides the RACI matrix for projects in a product line - Forms schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product - Aids to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests - Supports the daily stand-ups, guaranteeing their are focused, brief, and timely - Collects data from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into suggestions - Work together to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager - Produces detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, milestone completion, and project status

Requirements

- Technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application

- Skilled in leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience

- 5+ years of project management experience

- Must have superb stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization

- Knowledge of utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people

- Skilled in leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs

- Experience managing complex technology and cross-functional projects
