Product Manager, Legal

We are seeking a Product Manager, Legal to join the Legal Product & Ops team at Versant. This role is responsible for driving the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology solutions that support legal, compliance, and business operations.You will partner closely with legal, business, and engineering teams to define product vision, streamline workflows, and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that align with regulatory and operational needs.This role requires a strategic and execution-focused product leader with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex legal and business requirements into impactful product outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities, user needs, and compliance considerationsTranslate legal, regulatory, and business requirements into clear product specifications and user storiesPartner with cross-functional teams (legal, engineering, business, and vendors) to deliver product enhancements and system integrationsDrive prioritization, backlog management, and release planning to maximize business impactMonitor product performance, user adoption, and key success metricsIdentify and resolve system gaps, inefficiencies, and production issuesManage vendor relationships and ensure delivery of third-party solutionsLead change management efforts, including system updates, testing, and user enablementEnsure clear communication and alignment across stakeholdersContinuously improve products based on user feedback, data insights, and evolving regulatory requirements
