Please note this a 12 months contract Position. Description:The Project Manager, SBT, will provide project management and thought partnership to senior leaders in Company's Patient Engagement & Customers Solutions (PECS) to execute strategic projects aligned to the PECS Roadmap. This position will support different PECS working teams across therapeutic areas and solutions teams' workstreams as necessary based on priorities and capacity demands, at the discretion of the SBT Director and PECS LT members. Key focus areas will include project management, process improvement, and change management. This position will require partnerships with local cross-functional matrix teams to ensure critical projects are aligned with objectives and meet identified project timelines.Responsibilities of the role include:• Translate strategies into operational plans with aligned objectives, measures, and deliverables• Lead North America initiatives to deliver on PECS Strategic Roadmap• With limited direction, lead cross-functional project teams in a matrix environment to identify and recommend the best process approach.• Manage cross-functional and multi-level project teams• Ensure project resources (internal/external) meet project charter objectives and timelines• Establish project governance with clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making rights of project team members• Ensure alignment with Program Sponsors and Executive Leaders on project governance, project charter, project plan, change management plan, and implementation plans• Organize/align resources across and functions to deliver on project objectives• Develop and maintain project plan• Facilitate current state assessments and design of future state processes• Perform gap assessment and work with the team to develop a plan to fill the gaps• identify best practices/opportunities to leverage and scale across the teams• Identify and manage project issues, identify risks, and work with the team to develop mitigation plans.• Develop and implement project-specific communication plan aligned to overall Program communication strategy• Develop and implement a project-specific change management plan aligned to the overall Program change management strategyPeople Leadership & Behaviors:• Foster a culture of collaboration and active participation by team members• Foster a culture of accountability by delivering project milestones/commitments• Successfully interacting with employees, consultants, and external partners.• Building/maintaining effective partnerships with senior leaders• Make the complex simple and represent when presenting opportunities and plans to the team and organization• Evolving processes and systems to strengthen organizational capabilities and improve organizational performance• Continuing to bring strategic/big picture thinking and challenge appropriately within assigned workstreams• Share and leverage best practices• Ability to influence across functions• Ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously• Ability to prioritize workload to focus energy on highest-value initiativesQualifications Required:• Decision-making: Understands how and when to make choices, how and when to escalate issues to higher levels• Analyzes the risks and future impact of decisions• Makes decisions and takes timely independent action in pursuit of priorities• Influencing & Impacting others: Able to lead, collaborate, challenge and influence peers and senior management• Verbal / Non-verbal Communication: Conveys easily and quickly any message; Speaks clearly and persuasively, with positive nonverbal communication appropriate to the situation• Written Communications: Writes concisely and informatively with a high level of sophistication.• Presentation: Presents clearly and informatively, easily maintaining audience attention and responding to audience needs; Able to facilitate discussion, progress effectively• A Bachelor's degree• A minimum of 5+ years of previous related experience• Overall a minimum of 8 years of work experience• Proficient in project management tools (i.e., Microsoft Project, etc.) and techniques• Process improvement experience• Skilled in performance measurement and change management• Strength in building coalitions and aligning strategies among diverse organizationsNo travel is expected for this role.Applicants mast provide their phone number.
