As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.Job responsibilities
Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
Coordinate cross-functional delivery of a product that spans various teams
Helpd drive timelines, discussions, and milestones in partnership with product manager such as running cross-delivery milestone tracking for Global Navigation beta launch, and/or tracking progress between Channels and WFT engineering work for benefits quarter three delivery
Outline and manage audiences for product rollouts, from alpha, beta, and production rollouts - both on owned platforms and in coordination with other platform teams such as Identifying and assigning specific audience group in various targeting tool and updating as wider audience rollouts are needed
Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Coordination of end-to-end testing teams when we're dealing with multi-functional or multi-channel teams to deliver
Cross-channel delivery coordination (e.g., work that will eventually happen between web and mobile, or web and assistant)
Collaboration with change management to proactively identify, keep track of, and communicate any upcoming changes to our portfolio that could have impacts on Channels
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
