Our continued growth means more opportunity for you. Specialized Delivery Services is seeking a customer service and dispatch team member in our Tom's River facility. You will be responsible for answering client calls, entering client information into our software (CXT) contacting couriers and arranging services. You may be asked to occasionally make a pick-up or delivery locally
Requirements:
Sense of Urgency
Excellent customer service skills (internal and external)
Internal and external communication
Previous Customer service experience
Previous CXT experience would be helpful
Knowledge of geography
