We are in need of part-time and full-time baristas at various Booskerdoo retail locations in Monmouth County, NJ. Booskerdoo Coffee is a coffee roaster, bakery, and retail concept that prides itself on exceptional food and beverage served by really, really nice people.
Employees will:
-Be trained to craft exceptional espresso and drip coffee products
-Provide warm customer service
-Multi-task with fun crew
-Use POS
-Help maintain and clean a positive environment for all employees and customers.
No experience necessary. Applicants must be a nice person, organized, hardworking, reliable, able to multi-task, and must love coffee.
Pay is $8.85 plus tips. Once barista passes their Certified Barista Tests, tips can range from an additional $3 to $6 per hour (depending on location and time of year).
These positions will begin after Christmas. We need baristas at locations in Red Bank, Fair Haven, Bell Works (Holmdel), and Monmouth Beach.
