General Responsibility
Maintaining the main building and all cabana units.
Specific Duties are to include;
· Make all repairs based on Member’s service requests and Management directives
· Repairs to include: Electrical Work, plumbing, carpentry and locksmith.
o Any miscellaneous repairs as they arise.
· Walk the property daily, to make independent assessments for repair and maintenance.
· Maintain curb appeal of club.
· Maintain all power tools and utility vehicles.
· Cleanliness and organization of maintenance room and storage areas.
· Keep an inventory of all power tools, hand tools, equipment and supplies.
· Work with Grounds keeping staff to maintain cleanliness and safety of facility.
Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the Club’s Management Team.
Requirements
Ability to push/pull up to 50lbs several times a shift.
Stand for extended period of times.
Punctual and friendly with a Positive attitude.
Work Independently as well as part of a team.
Follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
Frequently work in an environment with extreme temperatures.
Follow safety procedures while performing all duties.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Prior Maintenance, Handyman or General Contracting experience a plus.
Must have plumbing, electrical and carpentry experience. (carpentry is a )
Ability to use all power tools, power equipment and hand tools.
