Position Overview:
We are seeking General Laborers to join our team and assist in forming 6x6 concrete footers for a metal racking system installation in Farmingdale, NJ. No solar or concrete experience is required — we will train qualified candidates.
Schedule: 6 X 10's
Pay Rate: $22.50 HR
Responsibilities:
Assist with forming and pouring 6x6 concrete footers for metal racking systems
Follow direction from crew leads and site supervisors
Work safely and efficiently in outdoor construction environments
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support general site duties as needed
Qualifications:
No prior solar or concrete experience required
Construction experience preferred
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
Spanish-speaking applicants encouraged — English not required.
