Laborer needed for property maintenance and landscaping

In need of a laborer, Must be/ flexible with hours/ have own transportation/ know basic knowledge on how to paint, landscape, plumbing, electric etc. Also be able to problem solve and do various jobs on their own in a timely manner as we do various jobs, landscaping and apartment renovations. If interested you must fill out application and do a one on one interview. I am willing to take someone with no experience as long as they have their own transportation and can start immediately.
