Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper

Qualified Maintenance Technician capable of upkeeping the grounds; & curb appeal of an apartment complex over 100,000 sq ft. Perform daily/routine maintenance requests of resident's home ie: dishwasher clogs, installation of appliances, toilet clogs, electric outlet, troubleshoot electrical and other system issues. painting . Some drywall/ sheetrock repair. Walk grounds throughout the day to ensure safety for children/ residents; prepare/clean office and kitchen/clubhouse; order supplies; schedule appointment with contract specialist; communicate with office potential problems; respond to emergency repairs; ensuring equipment runs efficiently and safely. Experience with HVAC is recommended but not mandatory.
