We are now hiring for skilled masons, hardscapers (paving stones or retaining block installers), concrete finishers, concrete block installers (foundations), machine operators.
Positions are for full time or subcontractor- IMMEDIATE HIRE
Typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work
Overtime paid at 1.5x over 40 hours
Paid sick leave
Payments are made by check or direct deposit (NO CASH!)
Must fill out W9 (have social security number) or have TIN# (Tax Identification Number).
Skilled and experienced only- you will be expected to perform your duties without guidance (please don't make false claims of abilities or experience)
Must have smart phone
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to speak and understand English
Must have driver's license and own vehicle to get to and from job sites daily (we do not pick you up or drive you home)
Concrete finisher skills needed- Broom finishes, mag finishes, stamped concrete, forming, floating, ground preparation, use of demo saw, use of concrete pump, use of walk behind saw, use of transit, pitching
Paving stone installers- Ground prep, screeding, saw cuts (radius), pitching, polymeric sand install and activation, use of plate compactor, use of paver compactor, sealant application
Extra consideration given to those who can:
Drive a truck and trailer
Have a CDL endorsement
Can operate skid steer or excavator skillfully (has experience grading)
Ability to read blueprints
Has Mechanical repair knowledge and abilities of machinery
