We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Ecommerce Specialist to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our leadership in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings across multiple online selling platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and Facebook Marketplace.
Analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategy and improve performance.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and implement marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate order fulfillment processes.
Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.
Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices.
Help out if needed in order processing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce or online retail.
Proficient in using various online selling platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, Facebook Marketplace).
Strong computer skills; Excel knowledge is a significant plus.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
