- Partner with Brands on development of digital Brand Marketing, interacting seamlessly with Brand team, Business Analytics, Matrix/Production and Agencies (Digital & AOR).
- Champion development and execution of digital brand marketing campaigns, tactics, and programs, including LMR (legal, medical, regulatory) reviews and approval.
- Leverage Digital capabilities, standards, and best practices to drive Patient engagement for brands within a specific therapeutic area.
- Examples include Brand websites, CRM patient support programs, Digital display ads, SEO/SEM, Social Media and Video brand and condition content development.
- Support development and pilot new digital brand marketing programs.
- Serve as Digital Marketing point-of-contact for the Brand(s), agencies, and Matrix teams to enable seamless execution of digital campaigns/tactics.
- Collaborate with Brand leads on marketing campaigns, strategies, and tactics.
- Support development of annual strategic and functional Marketing Plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on the following activities:
- Prioritization of campaigns and tactics.
- Definition of campaign/tactic success (e.g., development of metrics plan).
- Evaluation and optimization of brand tactics to achieve KPI's and brand objectives.
- Maintain view of the competitive landscape to support Digital best practices.
- Support innovation culture, developing innovative digital tactics and application of analytics.
- Deliver creative briefs and other necessary required documentation to support the digital marketing program development.
- Monitor, manage and provide regular updates on campaign/project development and financials.
- Consumer Health or Pharma experience in Therapeutics, (NOT medical device)

- Degree/Certification/Licensure 4-year bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience and demonstrated responsibility in Digital Marketing, including marketing strategy, brand planning, multi-channel (digital and non-digital), marketing operations and campaign/tactic development and execution.
- Website's development and knowledge of multi-screen/responsive web design.
- CRM and email campaigns.
- Digital display advertising development.
- Search engine optimization.
- Search engine marketing.
- Social media campaign development & execution.
- Agency, vendor, and project support team management.
- Proven track record of coordinating and collaboration across multiple teams.
- Ability to drive action or recalibration to meet business requirements.
- Accomplished in planning, prioritizing, and organizing campaign development/execution.
- Negotiation skills to build consensus, resolve conflicts and manage expectations.
- Ability to effectively develop creative briefs and project requirement documents.
- Experience and knowledge of the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process.
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry strongly preferred.
- Ability to use software and systems independently (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Veeva Vault).
