As an Aftermarket Parts Sales Leader here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving the sales of aftermarket parts for UOP, our leading international supplier and licensor of process technology, catalysts, adsorbents, equipment, digital services, and consulting services to the petroleum refining, petrochemical, and gas processing industries. You will play a crucial role in generating revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing the sales process and building strong relationships with customers. In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by driving aftermarket parts sales, meeting revenue targets, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, develop sales strategies, and deliver innovative solutions.Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customersKey Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive aftermarket parts sales for UOP products

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any customer issues

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Aftermarket Sales Growth:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase aftermarket parts sales.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Address customer aftermarket inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Customer Problem Solving:

Identify and understand customer issues and needs related to aftermarket parts.

tailored solutions and recommendations to address customer problems.

Collaborate with technical support and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.

Follow up with customers to ensure problems are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of Callidus aftermarket parts, including features, benefits, and applications.

Educate customers on the value and benefits of using Callidus aftermarket parts.

Stay updated on new product developments and industry trends.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the internal sales team, technical support, and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.

Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and processes.

This role requires 75% travel

YOU MUST HAVE

Experience in the petroleum refining, petrochemical, or gas processing industries

Sales experience

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Excellent customer relationship management abilities

Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
