Responsibilities
Proven track record of being able to effectively manage census growth and ensure proper system implementation and follow through
Meet and exceed census budgets
Daily census calls
Monitor referral platforms - Accept patients as needed
Identify and eliminate admission barriers in real time
Regular market assessments
Develop and participate in strategic planning and prevent referral leakage in our markets
Maintain relationships with CM and Social workers - hospital personnel responsible for referral routing.
Manage clinical liaison team and centralized admissions office
Ensure proper admissions protocol being followed in a timely fashion
Conduct regular sales meetings - with internal and external team members
Need to posses strong work ethic, ability to multi task, build and manage a team of professionals
