KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESManage the fitness centre's financial operations, including budget preparation, revenue enhancement, and expense controlOversee and maintain the facility, ensuring peak condition and adherence to safety standardsDevelop and implement fitness programmes, including aerobics and specialised offeringsTrain and supervise fitness staff in areas such as member management, sales techniques, and exercise instructionConduct fitness assessments and develop personalised exercise programmes for membersLead various exercise classes, including cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and flexibility sessionsProvide instruction and counselling on exercise prescription, nutrition, and stress managementDevelop and coordinate marketing strategies and special events to enhance membership and revenueEnsure excellent customer service and member satisfactionMaintain accurate records and inventory of suppliesCollaborate with other departments to maintain positive relationships within the spa and hotelConduct staff meetings, performance appraisals, and training sessionsStay current with industry trends and maintain personal fitness as a role model for members
