Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for car insurance. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with policy inquiries, process changes, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding car insurance policies, billing, and claims
Assist with policy updates, renewals, and cancellations
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous customer service or insurance experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals
Bilingual preferred (Spanish + English)
