Our growing pest control company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help lead the next phase of our expansion. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in scaling a well-financed, growth-oriented business with plans to expand significantly across the region.
We are based in Bergen County, NJ, and are building a dynamic organization that delivers high-quality service to some of the world’s most recognized companies.
Responsibilities
Oversee and improve all aspects of pest control operations and workflow management.
Ensure service delivery meets contract terms and client expectations.
Collaborate closely with field technicians to maintain operational excellence.
Manage vendor relationships, including product purchasing and pricing adjustments.
Support implementation and training around Integrated Pest Management (IPM) best practices.
Participate in client meetings and contribute to business growth strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in pest control operations or a related service industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
Working knowledge of IPM policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Hands-on management approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
