We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Architectural Designer for full-time employment and immediate availability.
Job Type: Full-time - In Office
Monday to Friday / In Office 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
1-3+ Years of Professional Experience.
Bachelor or B.S. Degree in Architecture.
High Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD software.
Proficiency with Autodesk Revit software.
Proficiency in Adobe Software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
Field measuring and CAD documentation of existing buildings.
Schematic Design Phase Services.
Project design and preparation of Construction Documents.
Building code and zoning analysis.
Construction Phase Services.
Enthusiasm for coordinating and collaborating with project team members
Ability to contribute in a collaborative and positive manner to team discussions
Attention to detail, design, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Self-motivated to find unique solutions to design problems.
Projects our staff work on include high-end custom residential homes, mixed-use retail/residential, commercial office spaces, and tenant improvements.
