We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Barback to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s eager to learn the bar program from the ground up, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a Bartender position with time and training.
What You’ll Do
-Support bartenders during service by restocking liquor, glassware, ice, and garnishes
-Maintain a clean, organized bar area at all times
-Assist with prep for cocktail ingredients and syrups
- Help set up and break down the bar before and after service
- Provide friendly, professional support to both bartenders and guests when needed
What We’re Looking For
-A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
-Interest in hospitality and learning the craft of bartending
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-Previous barback or restaurant experience a plus, but not required
