Seasonal Employment
Full-Time or Part-Time
Open availability preferred
$20/hr (must have 1+yr experience)
Responsibilities
After adequate training, we expect you to master each station in the kitchen
Accurately handling food items to minimize waste
Knowledgeable of equipment safety practices
Accountable for food safety guidelines per Dept of Health
Ability to learn, understand, and execute recipes
Preparing mise en place for daily service
Expected to show up in a timely fashion, in a clean uniform, in a clear-minded state of being
Requirements
Minimum of 1+ year line cook experience
Authorization to work in the United States and Proof of ID
Open availability, weekends, mornings, afternoons, nights
Physical Demands
The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 6 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
