H2Ocean Restaurant & Raw Bar is searching for talented, passion driven server to add to our team. We are looking to hire a restaurant team member with a sharp focus on hospitality, food, service, people and a desire to work in a fast paced - dynamic full service restaurant setting. An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining (preferably seafood) related restaurants and have great communication skills. Also extensive liquor and food knowledge is expected. This person should be someone who challenges them selves and other around them to hone their craft and holds their peers to the same standards. Server Responsibilities:
Single server sections responsible for everything from initial greeting and water/ beverage service to dessert.
Responsible for guiding and communicating with other service team members as well as the back waiters to
ensure tables are being maintained throughout meal.
Responsibilities outside of table service include: daily side work to prepare dining room for service, weekly side work consisting of cleaning projects to ensure restaurant areas are kept orderly.
