Position: Sauté Cook (Full-Time)
We are seeking someone who can execute dishes with consistency and speed. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
Working the sauté station during service
Preparing mise en place and following recipes
Proper cooking and plating of dishes to company standards
Maintaining a clean and organized station
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
Prior experience on sauté in a restaurant kitchen
Ability to work Tuesday through Sunday (full-time schedule)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to handle high volume and maintain quality
