REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in fast tempo restaurant
- Knowledge of service technique and command of guest relations
- Hands on style of management
- Committed to impeccable service, cleanliness, and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead others and positively influence employee behavior
- Create and maintain lasting relationships with new and regular guests
- Computer knowledge
- Knowlege of Italian Food
