Patsy's Tavern is looking for an experienced and reliable bartender available nights and weekends. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Tuesday and Saturday nights needed along with some fill in nights. Hours: 4:00pm -9:00pm
Responsibilities:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age, if necessary
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills:
Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Able to handle a cash register
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Able to take care of bar customers & still handle making drinks for servers
Able to multitask. You will have to take food/drink orders of tables in the bar area
