Position: Dental Assistant

Location: Bergenfield, NJ

Employment Type: Part-time leading up to Full-time with benefits

Compensation: Starting at $18-21 (Based on experience)

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Some dental assisting experience is required. (At least 6 months with x-ray license preferred)

Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Coachability: We are looking for someone who is open to being coached and trained to continuously improve.

Team Player: A friendly and reliable team member who enjoys working with both staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure the patient's comfort.

-Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and sterilization.

-Take and process X-rays.

-Maintain accurate patient records and schedule follow-up appointments.

-Educate patients on post-procedure care and general oral hygiene practices.

Requirements:

Dental Assisting Certification (preferred but not required).

X-ray certification (preferred but not required).

A minimum of 6 months of dental assisting experience.
