This is Kelvin, Shantel & Kimberly. We are part of a team of professionals who help older adults with health, wellness and aging in place services.
What exactly do we do and how do we do that? We help older adults fight for their wellness and independence.
The way our healthcare system is today, patients get discharged from the hospital a little too soon and very often home health care and physical therapy does not start right away.
What that means is that people who have been in the hospital for a few days need a little bit of high quality of care to get back on their feet because when you put an older adult in a hospital bed for a few days, they lose strength.
We help those older adults to fight for wellness so they can remain independent for as long as possible.
We help them with exercises, range of motion, stretching, personal care, grooming and we help to make them feel good and enjoy a higher sense of wellbeing.
We are looking for five gentle, kind, strong and friendly home health aides who can work with our clients in South Orange and Caldwell to work part time or even full-time flexible hours to help them with some supportive living services for live-in shifts and hourly shifts.
The client in South Orange is a retired physician who lives in a nice community with his wife of over 60 years. He needs a caregiver who has good experience with Parkinson's care. The ideal caregiver is one who is kind, dependable, compassionate and easygoing to assist him with personal care needs, transfers and ensure he is comfortable. The shift will be a live-in shift that the aide will keep as a permanent schedule on a weekly basis
The hours are listed below
Wednesday at 6pm to Friday at 6pm
The client in Caldwell also lives at home with his wife in the beautiful home they share together. His care needs are to provide personal care, assist with transfers, assist with his exercises because his desire is to regain his strength again. The ideal caregiver will be an HHA who is passionate about helping families achieve their goals for care. The schedule for this client is an hourly one and it is listed below specifically for the week of Christmas but after the week of Christmas it will be weekends only.
The schedule for the week of Christmas is listed below;
Tuesday December 23rd: 9am-3pm
Wednesday December 24th: 9am-3pm
Friday December 26th: 9am-3pm
Saturday December 27th: 9am-2pm
Sunday December 28th: 9am-2pm
After the week of Christmas the schedule for the Caldwell client is listed below and the aide will keep the schedule as a set schedule;
Saturdays: 9am -2pm
Sundays: 9am-2pm
The pay is great and you can get paid daily, weekly or biweekly based on your skill set and availability. Daily pay requires one specification in compliance with labor code and we shall explain more when we connect with you.

The clients are very easy going and their care are so easy that the right aide will enjoy caring for them. They are retired and are very polite and appreciative to even the smallest thing that you would do for them. One client is in South Orange while the other is in Caldwell
