Position Overview:
The Experienced Fence Installer will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of fence types, including wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, and steel. This role requires strong technical skills, physical stamina, and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and repair fences according to project specifications and safety standards
Prepare job sites, including measuring, digging post holes, mixing concrete, and setting posts
Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project layouts
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Ensure high-quality workmanship and job-site cleanliness
Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
Requirements:
2+ years of professional fence installation experience (required)
Experience with multiple fence materials (wood, vinyl, chain-link, etc.)
Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic math and measuring skills
