Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including light electrical and general repair work
Assist with minor carpentry, painting, and general building upkeep
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas during assigned porter shifts
Assist with trash removal, recycling, and basic custodial tasks when acting as porter
Requirements:
Previous handyman/maintenance experience required
Knowledge of basic electrical repairs
Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible and dependable, with a professional demeanor

Full-time position
