Wonderly Lights of Morristown is looking for skilled and dependable Holiday Lights Installation Technicians who will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing holiday light displays. The role requires a strong understanding of technical installation processes, as well as the ability to work confidently and safely at heights. You will be a key member of our team, ensuring each installation meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
· Install and remove holiday lights and décor on rooftops, trees, and various structures.
· Work safely and efficiently on ladders and shingled roofs, adhering to all safety protocols.
· Perform technical tasks, such as wiring, troubleshooting, and ensuring proper power distribution for lighting setups.
· Collaborate with team members to execute installations according to design plans.
· Provide support to team members, guiding them in best practices and safe installation techniques.
· Maintain tools, safety equipment and materials, ensuring all are in good working condition.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during or after installation.
Qualifications:
· Experience in outdoor installations, construction, or a related field, with no issues working at heights (roofs or ladders).
· Strong technical skills, particularly in wiring and power management for lighting installations.
· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
· Physically fit and capable of performing labor-intensive tasks, including lifting, carrying, and climbing.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
· We will provide installation tools, but technician will need to have their own ladders and trucks
· Contractor will need to have GL and WC insurances
- This is an ideal position for a painting subcontractor with a crew of 1-2 helpers.
