About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our property at our Clifton property. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable, and enjoys keeping shared spaces welcoming and well-kept.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain common areas (lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, etc.)
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed
Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
Assist with light maintenance and minor repairs
Monitor building grounds and report any issues to management
Support seasonal upkeep (snow removal, leaf sweeping, etc.)
Requirements:
Previous cleaning, custodial, or porter experience preferred (but not required)
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
Friendly, professional demeanor and good communication skills
Must be able to work [specific schedule or shifts]
