Superintendent Needed – Residential Building
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Building Superintendent with
basic handyman skills to oversee a multi-unit residential property. The
ideal candidate will have experience in day-to-day building maintenance
and be able to address tenant needs in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities include:
Basic plumbing repairs such as unclogging toilets and drains
Painting and patching walls
General handyman tasks and minor carpentry
Completing apartment turnovers and preparing units for new tenants
Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of common areas
Responding to tenant repair requests
Notifying management when major work is required
Requirements:
Prior building maintenance or handyman experience
Ability to work independently and problem-solve
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Must be dependable and available for emergency issues
