Title: Supervisor/Foreman
Location of Company: Fairfield, New Jersey
Job Sites: Manhattan, New York primarily and throughout New Jersey
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Shifts: Open availability; company works all hours and days
Positions may go permanent for the right candidates.

Requirements:
Must have experience as a supervisor or foreman with a demolition, restoration company or construction company.
Must have open availability 24/7.
Bilingual English & Spanish strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift over 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
Must assist with labor as well.
Assist with loading and unloading the truck for jobs.
Job Duties:
Receiving a call from a customer.
Calling the crew to meet at the Fairfield, NJ location.
Loading the truck.
Driving to Manhattan with the crew using company vehicle.
Walking the job with the customer.
Setting up equipment at the site.
Assigning job duties to the crew.
Completing all necessary paperwork and returning it to the office.
