Party rental company looking to add an exceptional operations manager to our team. This person will work closely with our Installers and office staff.
Primary responsibilities
Manage and direct overall operations.
Developing policies and procedures for employees.
Manage Quality Control.
Ensure department adheres to budget.
Manage staff.
Handle employee relations.
Maintain employee records.
Set goals for each employee and measure progress.
Clearly communicate goals to all employees.
Delegate responsibility.
Generate and present reports on goals.
Participate in seminars and conferences.
Motivate and encourage employees.
Ensure high customer and client satisfaction.
Ensure inventory is stocked and consistently replenished.
Requirements
Must work weekends.
Minimum 2 years management and operations experience.
Able to drive a box truck when needed
Proven track record of leadership skills.
