Our Medical device company is looking for a Law Clerk
Experience :
5 Years of experience (Someone who understands basic contracts such as NDAs and can follow a playbook for guidance. The candidate for me should have in-house legal experience)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Knowledge of SAP preferred.
Job Description:
Must be able to review, negotiate and draft sales as well as government contracts to sell medical devices to hospitals
Provide support for routine questions and inquiries received from clients and other internal stakeholders.
Prepare, review, and finalize certain routine contracts utilizing internal templates; and adhere to departmental guidance in working independently to identify and address routine contractual issues and collaboratively with attorneys to identify and address other issues.
With the guidance of an attorney, revise and maintain contract templates issued by the Legal Department to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support process improvements and other special projects for the Legal Department.
Ensure timely completion of requests.
