We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic, international team of experts, where you'll play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive customer loyalty and long-term engagement.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing retention strategies: Crafting and executing programs designed to attract new clients, such as personalized marketing, and sales campaigns.
Analyzing customer data: Studying market behavior and identifying trends to understand how to expand client portfolio, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Managing customer engagement initiatives: Creating and overseeing initiatives like social media posting, web page blog, and events to keep clients actively engaged with the brand.
Gathering and responding to customer feedback: Collecting feedback to address issues, enhance the customer experience, and improve services.
Tracking and reporting on retention efforts: Monitoring the effectiveness of retention strategies, providing regular updates to senior management, and making recommendations for improvement.
Developing and Optimize retention-focused KPIs: Establish specific KPIs to measure client satisfaction, retention rates, and overall success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a related role with a Tech based brand.
- Direct experience with a startup business.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful long-term retention strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends, and client behavior,.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and sales techniques.
- Experience in creating and executing client engagement campaigns, and personalized outreach.
- Experience leading teams and setting department goals.
Schedule: This is a full-time in person position.
