Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vacuum Forming/Pressure Forming Set-Up Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating vacuum forming and pressure forming machinery.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate vacuum and pressure forming machines efficiently and safely.
Perform tooling adjustments, machine calibrations, and maintenance as required.
Monitor production runs to ensure consistent quality and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Read and interpret work orders, and technical specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product standards are met.
Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in vacuum forming, pressure forming, or a related manufacturing field.
Strong mechanical ability and understanding of machine operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
