We are a reputable moving business looking for a part-time, experienced office administrator.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Handling consumer affairs via telephone
- Managing outgoing and incoming emails
- Dealing with broker related tasks
- Searching for new business partners
- Maintaining existing and future relationships with affiliated companies
Requirements:
- Must have customer service experience
- Must have experience working with a moving company
- Must be energetic (especially on the phone)
- Friendly and tactful personality
- Well spoken (especially on the phone)
- Moderate computer literacy
Both part-time and full time positions available.
