JOB DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS :
1. DATA ENTRY, WEBB SIGHT POSTINGS, DATA COLLECTING, INTERNET SEARCHES
2. ASSISTING OFFICE MANAGER, OWNER AND OTHER OFFICE STAFF WHEN NEEDED.
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE, ANSWERING PHONES
4. OTHER GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES, MAIL, UPS
5. KNOWLEDGE OF QUICKBOOK WOULD BE GREAT
LOOKING FOR AN ORGANIZED INDIVIDUAL, STRONG COMPUTER, PHONE, AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED. MUST BE SELF MOTIVATED ON THE SLOW DAYS, AND ABLE TO MULTITASK ON THE BUSY ONES.
