I am a small business owner looking for a reliable, proactive, hands-on Operations Coordinator to help bring structure, consistency, and execution across several ongoing projects.
This role is for someone who is organized, steady, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift and problem-solving is constant.
If you are someone who likes being the “ground presence,” who takes ownership, executes without needing constant direction, and wants to grow into a more substantial leadership role over time — this role is for you.
This is part-time, starting at 10–15 hours/week, with potential to grow to 20–25 hours/week if you prove strong and consistent.
What You Will Do
The role is fluid and will evolve as trust and capability grow, but general areas include:
Operational Support
Be on-site in Hackensack and Teaneck for day-to-day coordination
Support staff, scheduling, and workflow
Implement simple systems and checklists
Step in physically where needed (this is a hands-on role)
Sales & Customer Support
Follow up with customers and leads
Schedule appointments and coordinate jobs
Maintain simple tracking systems
Assist in basic outreach or local marketing efforts
(No prior sales experience needed — just comfort communicating.)
Logistics & Project Support
Help with moving coordination
Assist with realtor tasks and property-related needs
Support efforts to find tenants or manage small projects
Run errands and help keep things organized
You won’t be stuck behind a desk — this job is active and varied.

Compensation
