Our office provides the apartments to rent. We deal with many management companies and have a great track record.
Job responsibilities include:
Taking phone calls from prospective tenants
Screening applicants
Showing apartments
Advertising the apartments
Posting ads on various websites
Must speak Spanish and be fairly tech savvy.
Must have a car.
Our office will train you for the job.
Pay is commission based with an option of getting a draw salary
