Expanding North Jersey Title Agency with multiple offices is seeking a motivated and energetic full time Real Estate Paralegal for immediate hire in our Cedar Grove Headquarters. Candidate must be able to multi-task, have strong interpersonal skills, work efficiently and independently. Responsibilities include:
- Prepare the file for Closing with the Lender, Clear Title and Prepare Closing Disclosure.
- Settlement Coordination with all parties (Attorneys, Lenders, & RE agents)
- Handle all Post-closing Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure, with high volume of calls and emails
- Must be detail oriented
Ideal candidate will have excellent communication and computer skills and have at least 2-5 years Title and Settlement experience with New Jersey and New York Transactions. Familiarity with Accutitle and a Title Producers License a plus. Competitive Salary, Health Insurance, 401k, and ancillary benefits available.
