We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Person to join our waste services company. As a Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads: Identify potential customers and develop a targeted approach to generate new business opportunities. This includes cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing various sales techniques to establish contact with potential clients.
Conduct sales presentations: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our waste services to prospective clients. Present our company's value proposition, service offerings, and competitive advantages in a persuasive and compelling manner.
Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing support and excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiate contracts: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and negotiate contractual agreements. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services as per the agreed terms.
Achieve sales targets: Set and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Monitor sales activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to the sales manager. Continuously strive to meet and exceed revenue goals while maintaining profitability.

Requirements:
