Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems, including (but not limited to) furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, roof top units, split systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for both residential and commercial clients.
Conduct system performance tests and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and manufacturer guidelines.
Complete service reports, update records, and maintain accurate documentation.
Uniforms and work boots supplied by the company.
Stocked van to take home (for senior level technicians).
Work tablet supplied.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Junior Technician - 4 years of experience in service
Senior Technician - 10 - 15 years of experience in service
