Parts Admin Manager
We are a fast-paced Collision Center looking to add an organized, friendly, and motivated person to our team. Experience in the Automotive Industry is a plus
Job duties include:
Receiving parts
Verifying that all parts are accounted for
Inputing parts data into management system
· Invoicing via Quickbooks and CCC One entering accounts payable invoices.
· Filing and scanning of all documents as needed for each RO.
Receiving and checking each invoice line
· Checking in new cars and creating work orders.
Daily updates on all returns and credits
Tracking returns,credits,and back ordered parts
Minimum requirements:
. Experience with CCC One is a must
Automotive experience a must
Ability to read, write, speak fluently, and understand the English language
. General Accounting knowledge
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written and verbal form
Excellent organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Quickbooks experience preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Highly self-moving, organized and detail-oriented
Production assistant
Help move car inside and out of the shop
Help put parts and other things away for each job
Help open and close the shop each day
Help pre and post scan each RO #
Marking out each job and setting up production process for existing and new jobs that are in the shop
Taking photos of each job and putting in RO#
