Events Coordinator

We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join the AMS Event Marketing team and own the operational management of our corporate suite at Madison Square Garden, while supporting the broader Luxury Suite Program (LSP) across premium venue partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of executive hospitality, live-event execution, and stakeholder experience, and is ideal for someone who brings precision, energy, and a genuine passion for creating elevated guest moments.Reporting into the AMS Event Marketing team, this individual will serve as the day-to-day operational lead for suite-based events at MSG and contribute to the wider portfolio of executive and partner hospitality activations that ServiceNow delivers throughout the year. This role is expected to actively embrace AI tools that improve operational efficiency, streamline reporting, and elevate the guest experience.
